Vritti Bansal

Vritti is an Indian-born food journalist who has lived in Ireland for the past six years. She won the Writing on International Cuisines Award at the Irish Food Writing Awards in 2023 and was a finalist in the same category in 2022. Having moved and travelled often, adapting to new cultures comes naturally to her. Vritti feels strongly about addressing racial inequity within food systems and food writing. Turned Tables, a series of restaurant reviews, is her contribution to the conversation.
