Samuel Arnold Keane

Samuel Arnold Keane is a forager, illustrator, musician merging various art forms to tell the stories of the seaweeds, coasts and streets he gathers, wades and walks. He will host guided foraging walks, Beyond The Fence. For Beyond the Fence, he will take participants on a foraging wander, discovering the hidden flavours and textures to be tasted from the surrounding forest. Learning about the uses, both traditional and reimagined, of foraged leaves, flowers, seeds and berries, in our dining experiences. reconnecting to this ancestral skill on the edges of the city, the forest… the festival.
